India Paulino is best known for having the most wins in IFBB bikini competition history and winning the Arnold Classic three times. What you don’t know about India is that when this former police officer started her fitness journey, she weighed just 96 pounds. A recent addition to #TeamBPI, India brings high level competitive experience and a real blue collar work ethic to the team.

This fitness model, coach, competitor and mother spent 7.5 years as a police officer before turning her attention to the professional fitness world. While working as a police officer, India was inspired by a photo of an Arnold Classic fitness model in a magazine. She decided on the spot to compete and won her very first competition.
In addition to being a top fitness competitor for nearly a decade, India Paulino has also posed for a who’s who of fitness magazines including Fitness RX for Women, Muscle & Fitness Hers, Muscular Development and Most Magazine. She credits her focus on training, nutrition and supplementation with BPI products for her success.
