Will, who resides in Tampa Bay, FL, is a 20-year-old amputee. He lost his leg in a motorcycle accident in his junior year of high school and was told he would never walk the same again. Will broke his leg in 14 spots and severed his femoral artery; he spent over three months in the hospital and had to go through 24 surgeries.
A year and a half ago, he decided to have his leg amputated. After that, he rehabbed and finally got back in the gym. He started to prep for a show in early 2020 but then COVID hit; that did not stop him either. Will eventually stepped on stage at a national qualifier in October, won, and then went to compete at the 2020 NPC Teen, Collegiate, and Masters National Championships in Orlando.
He was a fan-favorite and went on to win the overall title in the Teen Men's Physique category.
